About Psychospiritual Coaching
Coaching with me is a calm, grounded space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Psychospiritual coaching supports you to recognise the patterns that have shaped you, reconnect with the deeper truth of who you are, and begin living from that place.
Together we gently explore the adaptations and protective roles that may have led you away from yourself - often referred to as self-abandonment - and begin the journey of returning to what feels true.
I weave together elements of psychology, spirituality and somatic awareness, supporting you to slow down, tune inward and move through inner shifts with clarity and compassion.
Each session is personalised to meet you where you are, using a mix of self-inquiry, reflective conversation and clear, compassionate guidance.
Sessions are slow, spacious and gently held, allowing time for what needs to arise.

The Journey We Move Through
Returning to yourself often unfolds across several layers.
In my work, this unfolding is known as The Self-Reclamation Path - a gentle exploration of the inner patterns that may have shaped who you’ve become, and a gradual return to the deeper truth of who you are.
This isn’t a process with steps to move through in order. Instead, these are different aspects of the inner journey that many women experience along the way:
Recognise: Becoming aware of the patterns, roles, and expectations that may have shaped who you’ve become, and how these may have led you away from yourself.
Understand: Exploring the beliefs, emotions, and inner dynamics beneath those patterns with curiosity and compassion.
Integrate: Gently working with the different parts of yourself, allowing awareness and insight to land and begin creating real inner change.
Connect: Rebuilding a deeper relationship with your inner truth, intuition and authentic self.
Align: Beginning to make choices and live in a way that reflects who you truly are.
This is the quiet, powerful journey from self-abandonment to self-reclamation.

1. Self-Reclamation Experience
A one-off session
A single 1:1 psychospiritual coaching session designed to help you explore what’s currently unfolding in your life and reconnect with your inner truth.
This session offers a spacious opportunity to slow down, gain clarity, and begin understanding the patterns or questions asking for your attention.
Many women begin here before deciding whether they’d like to continue into a deeper coaching journey.

2. Self-Reclamation Journey
Deeper ongoing support
For women who feel ready for a deeper exploration, I offer 1:1 coaching journeys over 3 or 6 months, designed to support you through inner shifts and the gentle unfolding of self-reclamation.
These are gentle, attuned spaces for deep reflection, realignment, and reconnection with yourself.
You can choose the length of journey that feels most supportive for you:
3-Month Journey
A supportive space for recognising patterns, deepening self-understanding, and beginning to reconnect with yourself.
Investment: $1,250
6-Month Journey
A deeper space for exploring the patterns that shape your life, integrating insights, and aligning your life with who you truly are.
Investment: $2,250
