Classes

Nurturing spaces to slow down, soften, and tune in to your inner world.

Slow down. Relax. Unwind.

Yin is a gentle, floor-based style of yoga that invites stillness, softness and deep release.

In these classes, we move gently, rest deeply, and invite the body to soften. It’s less about stretching and more about surrendering - giving your body and mind the space to exhale.

We begin by arriving with the breath, easing into the body before moving through long, supported yin postures. Each shape is held with presence and spaciousness, offering time for the body to relax, the mind to quieten, and the nervous system to settle.

This is an hour of simple, grounding nourishment - restful, restorative and deeply calming. A space to let go of the week, breathe more deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

Leave feeling calm, centred and deeply relaxed.

Class Schedule:

  • First Friday of the month: 6pm – 7pm at Sacred Grounds, Laurieton, NSW

  • Third Friday of the month: 6pm – 7pm at Yoga Rebel, Bonny Hills, NSW

Suitable for all levels - no experience needed.

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets provided.

Cost: $15

Restorative Yin, Yoga Nidra & Sound

Sink into deep relaxation with this calming, nourishing practice

Held every 4–6 weeks on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon at Sacred Grounds in Laurieton, NSW, this 2-hour class is a sanctuary for deep rest and relaxation.

  • From there, we move into easeful restorative yin postures - long, supported shapes that invite stillness, softness, and surrender.

  • Finally, allow yourself to be cocooned in the soothing tones of a sound bath, gently guiding you into deeper relaxation.

Leave feeling deeply rested, renewed, and at ease.

No experience needed.
